Club Tournament

1. This tournament will be played under HPA rules with the exception of the team composition.

 2. The maximum handicap of any individual player will be 3 goals.

 3. The maximum Team handicap will be 0 goals.

 4. There will be a maximum of 4 teams accepted into this tournament. The tournament committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.

 5. Entries close 12 noon Friday, the week prior to the tournament commencing.

 6. All entry fees must be received before entries close.

 7. The entry fee for this tournament will be £320.

 8. There will be a surcharge of £75 for each player who is not a full member of Knepp Castle Polo Club.

 9. Team captains are asked to indicate on the entry form any times or days that they would prefer not to play. Once the draw has been made matches cannot be rescheduled except for weather or exceptional circumstances.

 10. Teams will be required to provide an umpire of suitable rating for the game before or after they play.

 11. An umpire pony saddled as for polo will be required for the game the team plays.
