KNEPP CASTLE POLO CLUB TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS
 

 

This tournament will be played under HPA rules with the exception of the team composition.

 There will be a maximum of 8 teams accepted into this tournament. The tournament committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.

 Entries close 12 noon Friday, the week prior to the tournament commencing.

No entries will be taken until 4 weeks prior to the closing date of the tournament.

 All entry fees must be received before entries close.

 There will be a surcharge of £75  for each player who is not a full member of Knepp Castle Polo Club. 

 Team captains are asked to indicate on the entry form any times or days that they would prefer not to play. Once the draw has been made matches cannot be rescheduled except for weather or exceptional circumstances.

Teams will be required to provide an umpire of suitable rating for the game before or after they play.

 An umpire pony saddled as for polo will be required for the game the team plays.

Knepp Castle Polo Club may be able to provide stabling and grazing facilities for visiting teams.
